-frame-

25-year non-prorate guarantee parts and labor. High carbon steel the strongest steel available designed to last forever. Riveted joints, tension spacers. Each moving joint is professionally riveted with tension spacers (not nuts and bolts). Metal on metal. When flat, the steel frame that elevated the bed rests on the high carbon steel frame that never moves (does not rest on a wood base with reinforced sheet metal). Frame supports the entire bed. Frame follows and supports the complete length of the bed, providing full and complete support for the foundation and mattress, and looking just like a regular bed.    The main reason people buy the Model 585 is that the Frame looks exacly like a regular bed frame. The Model 585 frame supports the complete length and width of the bed.   All other adjustable beds sit on a mini-frame, wood-box design.

10-year limited guarantee (5 years non-prorate) parts and labor. Direct-Drive Motors- The entire motor and gear assembly (2 motors per bed) are manufactured to last a lifetime. Separate or together. You can operate you back and your leg motors separately of together. Direct-drive motor system. The motors are installed directly into the frame. There are no belts, plastic wheels or pulley systems between the frame and the motors which can eventually break or wear down. Dust covers. We cover the screw mechanism for long-term protection against damage and noise that can caused by dust. Standard 110-115 outlet. No special wiring needed.  Also, available Dewert, Swiss designed motors and Optional EL Swiss Designed Dewert Motors.(15-YEAR WARRANTY).  

-Innerspring Mattress-

20-year limited guarantee: 2 years non-prorate. Unsurpassed comfort and luxury. Completely reversible from head to foot and upside down. Offset coils (the very highest quality coils made). Tempered and pre-tempered steel. The innerspring unit is heat-treated twice to keep innerspring unit like new for over twenty years. Individually hinged every 3 1/2" to allow for perfect bending in every position. Inside buttoned (inner-tufted). There are four layers of material over the springs. The bottom three layers are inside buttoned to the coils (although you don't see of feel the buttons) for lasting durability and to keep material from bunching up. The fourth layer of material incorporates a luxurious, quilted soft top (on both sides of mattress), which will allow your body to sink one-quarter to one-half inch, providing an extra cushion comfort. Handles. The mattress comes with convenient side handles for easy turning and handling. Upholstered "mattress stopper" cover. All adjustable beds meed a "mattress stopper" at the foot of the bed to keep the mattress from sliding forward when the back is being elevated. Our bed comes with an upholstered cover to match the mattress.

 Solid hard rubber ball casters, inserted directly into the frame, with roller ball bearings - making moving of the bed easier than a regular bed.  Locking casters available on request.  IF YOU HAVE A HEADBOARD, IT IS JUST AS EASY TO INSTALL OUR BED AS YOUR REGULAR BED.  IF YOU ARE BUYING TWO TWINS, ASK FOR A SET OF SWING-A-WAY HINGES.  ALL HEADBOARD BRACKETS ARE INCLUDED AT NO CHRGE.  (All other Adjustable Bed Manufacturer's have awkward headboard bracket (over 2 feet long brackets that connect the headboard to the mini, wood-box frame) installation.
