• Whether the stair lift profile fits the width of your stairway (so other people can walk around it).
• Whether a DC (battery powered) or AC stair lift is better for you.
• Whether you have a convenient outlet to plug in.
• Whether you have wood or concrete stairs or landing.
• Whether you are going to operate this unit yourself, or with a caregiver or loved one.  (Seat Belts are Standard)
