Med-Lift
and Mobility, Inc. warranty
information
The following warranty information applies to all Med-Lift lift chairs except
for 11, 12, 13,35, and 36 series.
Med-Lift lift chairs carry a LIFETIME WARRANTY on the wooden main frame,
steel lift mechanism and scissors hardware. The remainder of the chair, including
the motor, hand control, foam and fabric is guaranteed for a period
of four (4) years against manufacturer's defects.
11 Series, Models 1155 and 1153 carries a complete two (2) year warranty
against manufacturer's defects and workmanship. 325 lb. weight
capacity
12 Series Models 1253, 1255, 1353, 1355 carries a 3 year warranty on all
components against manufacturer's defects and workmanship. 325 lb.

35 Series Model 3555, Heavy Duty - 500 lb capacity model, carries a Four
(4) year complete warranty against manufacturer's defects and workmanship.
36 Series Model 3653, Extra Heavy Duty -600 lb capacity model, carries a
One (1) year complete warranty against manufacturer's defects and
workmanship.
All Sleep-Ezz Adjustable beds are covered with a LIFETIME warranty on the
steel frame and a Five (5) year parts and labor warranty covering all
electrcal parts and wooden mattress base.
Should any part malfunction or fail during the warranty period,
Med-Lift will repair or replace said part. Med-Lift will also pay the labor
to repair or replace the part, if work is performed by a Med-Lift certified
warranty center or an authorized Med-Lift dealer, according to Med-Lift's
service fee schedule. Med-Lift does not cover
any trip or mileage fee charged by the dealer or warranty center.
If the item under warranty is required to be sent back to Med-Lift's
factory, the retail purchaser will be responsible for any and all freight
charges to and from Med-Lift's facility. |
