If you are a Caregiver this should be of interest to you. If you are work in a Hospital, Nursing Home or Assisted Living Facility, you are probably using the Old Style Hoyer "Work Horse" Patient Lifts. The heavier the population becomes the more your facility needs to be concerned about a "No Lift Policy." Because of the problems with the over weight patient there have been too many nurses not being able to deal with this weight.
